Personal AI Mailer is a private Windows desktop application for personal use. It provides email and calendar functionality by connecting to services authorized by the user.
With the user's explicit authorization, the application may access Google account information required for Gmail and Google Calendar functionality, including email and calendar data.
Google user data is used only to provide the application's mail and calendar features, such as displaying, synchronizing, and managing the user's own messages and calendar information.
Application data is stored locally on the user's Windows computer as part of normal application operation. Google OAuth refresh credentials are stored using Windows Credential Manager. Access tokens are obtained when required for authorized Google service access.
Personal AI Mailer does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
The user controls the local application and may remove locally stored application data or revoke the application's Google account access. Revoking access prevents future authorized access using the revoked credentials.
The application uses operating-system credential storage for Google OAuth refresh credentials and limits Google data use to the application's intended mail and calendar functionality.
This policy may be updated if the application's functionality or data handling changes.
